Raquel Fernández Ruiz (Sevilla, 1973). She obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Philology at University of Sevilla. She moved to Germany in 1998 to study German as a foreign language with Ruhr Universität, Bochum. From 2003, she continues to work as the secretary and general administrator for the Fundación Cristina Heeren.

Sharon Olvera, born in 1981, is a native of Monterrey, Mexico. She has a B.A. in International Relations from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Communications for Cultural Organizations in Performing Arts and Music by the Complutense University of Madrid. She earned an “American Friends of Flamenco” scholarship from the Cristina Heeren Foundation of Flamenco Arts, where she was trained as a flamenco dancer, graduating in 2010. Sharon is currently a flamenco dance instructor and teaches specialized courses and workshops. She is also a performer and often produces her own shows at international festivals. Silvia Calado Olivo was born in Seville in 1975. She received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Seville, followed by a Master's degree in Business Communication. She went on to direct the international digital magazine, an achievement for which she received, in 2010, the award Premio Andalucía de Periodismo. An outstanding aspect of her career is her work as journalist for the economic newspaper "Expansión", having worked previously for Europa Press and Radio Nacional de España. As lecturer and teacher she has participated in conferences and courses organised by entities such as Esmuc, UNIA, and the Instituto de la Mujer. As a didactic writer she has published several books: "All about Flamenco", "El Negocio del Flamenco", and "Por Bulerías". In 2014 she entered the Fundación Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco where she is responsible for the Communication Department, handling contacts with the press and controlling the website as well as other social webs. + personal site
