The flamenco school increases resources, combining in-class training and online training, just in case of future outbreaks of the pandemic, while at the same time, it moves forward on digitalisation

· The online enrolment period is open on the website www.flamencoheeren.com until 31st of July for the three levels and specialities: Singing, Dance and Guitar

Due to the precautionary measures of the World Health Organization about the evolution of COVID19 pandemic; the possibility, already announced by the Spanish Government, of extending the alarm state during May; and the decission taken by the Ministry of Education of finishing the academic year online for all educational levels, the Cristina Heeren Foundation has decided to continue with the school closed and not return to in-class teaching for the rest of the school year, putting the students protection before anything and avoiding any sanitary risk.

After having attended to twelve classes in the school of Sevilla, students continue, by means of the distance learning, the subject “Understanding Flamenco through Dance”, since they had to return to their country because of the preventive measures against Coronavirus

Students and teachers use digital resources for distance learning during the closing of the Flamenco School, while the staff is teleworking and is available on line and by telephone
